What I learn about first impression in a work setting is that you have to dress appropriately. The appropriately attire for an interview for a male is that he has to wear slacks, shirt and tie and a suit. He also has to have short hair. The appropriately attire for a women is that she has to wear a suit and tie and has to have short hair. The way to show good communication skills during an interview is by having eye contact with that person and showing good body language. Your resume should reflect all of your accomplishments you have done. It should also show your skills. The part of your resume that should always change is the order of your jobs.
